On a monthly basis, we analyse your latest sales and stock positions, and produce draft orders that are sent to you for approval. The reorders will also implement any actions agreed with you as part of the range review.

The process works like this: each month we email you a reminder for you to securely send us your sales and stock data to analyse. If needed, an order proposal will be sent to you for sign off, along with the logic behind it. Of course, you will be able to ask any questions you have.

Range review

Once or twice a year, we produce a more in-depth analysis, along with a deep-dive of your sales performance, product range, pricing, and seasonality. Based on the data, we will propose actions, such as range changes, and profit generating promotions.

The range review will highlight lessons learnt from the previous 6-12 months, and provide action points and a sales forecast for the following 6 months. This is what will guide subsequent periodic orders.

Our one-off review provides you with the key elements of Merchandise Planning Support, sales and stock planning, sales analysis, and a near future review, with the opportunities and risks we see.

We will review your historical sales performance and your stock position. Work out your bestsellers, and review the performance of your product range. We will assess your retail processes, i.e. from range selection and ordering to what you do with unsold product.

Our future review looks at the risks and opportunities identified by us, and provides a base for a draft sales plan. If required, we will put forward range change proposals.
