3. Data Storage:

Once we have your data:

If, after following our recommended strategies and support for a period of 6 months or one year, your retail's gross profits haven't increased enough to cover our service fee, we'll refund the fee or the portion that hasn't been covered by the rise in profits. The guarantee applies to the monthly support service or consultancies that have been repeated periodically.

If your retail profits have not increased to cover our fee, against the agreed baseline, we will refund the service fee or the portion that has not been covered by the rise in profits. The baseline would exclude any one-off events in the past. The guarantee is dependent on your service revenue and customer visits being within the agreed parametres, as your retail sales are partly dependent on clients walking through the door

Can I combine both services so we can review progress every few months?

You may prefer the deeper review and content output from the consultancy service, but would like more than one review, to allow you to assess progress and review the latest figures.

You may want ordering support, but on a less frequent basis, so you build some of the skills in house.

We are always happy to accommodate your requests, and will lower the cost to you where appropriate.

Payment and Invoicing Terms:

For monthly support:
  1. Billing Cycle: Our services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your billing date will be set based on the day of the month you initiate our services. For example, if you start our service on the 5th, then all subsequent bills will be generated on the 5th of each following month.

  2. Payment Due Date: All invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date. This ensures continuity of service and smooth operations on both ends.

  3. Invoice Delivery: Invoices will be sent electronically to your registered email address. Please ensure that you keep your contact details up-to-date to avoid any delays or disruptions.

  4. Late Payment: We value our partnership and kindly request that all invoices are paid by the due date. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interruptions in service.

For short term consultancy:

The fee will be split across 2 invoices , one for 50% of the fee will be generated when we agree the work and the other 50% at completion.
